SOPHIA MIDI DRESS IN SEERSUCKER CHECK ($85 down from $128)
Runs TTS. Comes in Plus sizes (up to 4x). 100% cotton ling, cotton/poly blend (the only thing I don’t love about this piece). Not super see though- does okay with just nude undergarments. Subtle pattern/texture is nice — “checked seersucker”, gives some interest. Length on me (5’6”) is good, a longer midi length, without being maxi length. Waist is stretchy, and the collar has an adjustable tie - can customize fit. Comfortable. Comes in black as well.
RUFFLE-SLEEVE TIERED MIDI DRESS IN DAISY STITCH ($85 down from $138)
Runs slightly big. I still went with my normal size to have adequate room in the bust, and to maintain oversized look, but if you’re in between, or want a tighter look, size down. I find this dress is belt-able, but looks equally good unbelted. Straps can be worn on or off shoulder. Comes in Plus, up to 4x. 100% cotton and breathable. Tiny floral print, on green background. Good longer midi length on me (5’6”), as opposed to mid calf which I find an awkward length. It has pockets! Be prepared for compliments!
PLUS SQUARE-NECK PUFF-SLEEVE DRESS IN GINGHAM SEERSUCKER ($78 down fro $118)
Runs TTS. Comes in Plus sizes up to 4x. 100% cotton gingham seersucker. Mini length without being too short on my 5'6” frame - could be too short for taller folks. Pretty olive green and pink color way. Shirred in the back, creates a comfy custom fit. It also has pockets!
LAKELINE POPOVER SHIRT IN DOUBLE-FACED GINGHAM ($47 down from $80)
Runs TTS. Comes in Plus, but currently sold out. 100% cotton, breathe-able and comfortable. Intended oversize and boxy fit in the torso, but pick your usual size so that fit is correct in shoulders. It’s lined with smaller gingham print. This doesn’t seem to be that functional other than you could roll the sleeves up to see it. I feel like they missed an opportunity, with just a few tweaks, this could have been fully reversible. Can dress up (tuck into trousers for work) or dress down (wear with ripped jean shorts).
THE PERFECT VINTAGE JEAN IN MELGROVE WASH ($101 down from $135)
This is the only pair of jeans I own, they are that perfect. Super comfy and stretchy, but they don’t lose their shape, and they still have decent hold where they look strucutred (and not like you are wearing jeggings - but they feel more similar to jeggings). More of a straight cut leg than a skinny cut. Mid tone wash. 95% cotton/3% poly/2% elastane. Other washes of this same style of jean do not have the same fiber content, these are the comfiest ones. I went with my “regular Madewell size” which is a size down from others stores, and I liked the fit. I could have sized another size down (one size down from “regular Madewell size”) or potentially 2 sizes down, but it wasn’t as comfy that way. Comes in petite and tall as well, I went with regular length (5’6”) and i liked that it ends around ankle length.
